All our staff are required to adhere to strict policies and procedures regarding the authorisation for collection of your child. All visitors to our nurseries are asked to present identification prior to entering, will remain accompanied at all times and are asked to sign the nursery visitors book.
As your child’s protection is of the utmost importance, all our employees are required to attend formal child protection training as part of their mandatory induction program. This training is further supported by the fully trained Child Protection Coordinator on site in the nursery.
Our nursery also has a fully trained Health and Safety Coordinator to ensure the nursery is safe and secure to all children, families, staff and visitors at all times. The Health and Safety Coordinator ensures this through regular checks, training and health and safety updates for all staff.
