Meeting with the PNA allows the management to listen to ideas of the parents which enables the nursery to continue to develop to meet the needs of all families.

Mrs McNelis
The Parent Nursery Association representatives, Emma Pike (Nursery Manager) and Emma Lowman (Deputy Manager) meet once every 4 to 6 weeks. The meetings are minuted and displayed on the PNA board along with the date of the next meeting.
The meetings are used to discuss ideas to improve the nursery and where possible involve the parents to make the ideas come to life.
The PNA have a notice board in the main entrance and they also have a suggestion box for people to place their comments and ideas.
We have also recently introduced a Children Nursery Association. Four children meet with the Manager each month and have the opportunity to discuss their ideas, thoughts and feelings - after all, it's their nursery!
