We are very lucky to have four large outdoor gardens.
We have umbrellas, hats and rain macs at the ready to enable us to access the garden no matter what the weather.
The first garden is our baby and toddler area. This houses a small toddler climbing frame, mirrors, walkers, rockers, small animals and tree shaded area, which is lovely in the summer to sit under and listen to a story.
The second garden is our nature area where the children enjoy planting and growing plants, bird feeding, using the composter, drawing, painting, writing and quite simply digging.
The third garden is home to our bikes and has a track made of tyres alongside our home corner that allows the children to role play. If the children do not fancy these two activities then they are able to choose to play with the sand and water trays which they can also find in this garden.
The fourth garden accommodates our large climbing frame for the older children. There is also a large, spacious area for the children to play with bats, balls, playbricks or to practice their running, hopping, skipping or jumping.
The field at the rear of the garden is also privately owed by Eton Manor Day Nursery. The children all enjoy various activities here, including sports day. The Out of School Club use the field to enjoy a game of football or rounders.
